The PF appears to be on the move and could leave Miami soon!

The Miami Heat are currently exploring ways to keep Okaro White on their roster when is second 10-day contract ends., and for that the Florida team seems to be looking to move Derrick Williams, whether trading him or releasing him.

The Washington Wizards might have interest in Williams, but are only willing to sign him if he is released. Also teams below the salary cap floor could claim Williams of waivers, if he´s cut.

The PF is averaging 9.1 PPG and 4.1 RPG in 21.1 MPG, throughout his career. This year, his first with the Heat (after playing for Minnesota, Sacramento and New York), Williams is only averaging 6.1 PPG and 3 RPG in 15.4 MPG.
